Advocate Chirag Bhatt
Advocate Chirag Bhatt is the founder of CBhatt Law Office, with over two decades of practice spanning civil and commercial litigation, corporate advisory, and intellectual property law. He began his legal career in 2004 at the District and Sessions Court, Gandhinagar, developing a rigorous foundation in civil and commercial litigation.
He subsequently spent over a decade with Y.J. Trivedi & Company, one of Gujarat's most respected legal practices, where he handled litigation and prosecution at both the registry and court level — building particular depth in trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs alongside his broader litigation practice.
In addition to his litigation practice, Advocate Bhatt is a published author. His book Indian Designs Law (2013) remains a significant reference work on the Designs Act, 2000 and related jurisprudence. He regularly delivers lectures on intellectual property law at institutional and professional forums.
He maintains an active public education presence through YouTube, where he addresses common IP questions and developments in Indian IP law for businesses and the general public.
