Overview
Advocate Chirag Bhatt began his career in 2004 at the District and Sessions Court, Gandhinagar, and the firm's litigation practice remains grounded in that courtroom experience. We appear before District and Sessions Courts, Commercial Courts, and the High Court of Gujarat, and handle matters before tribunals across India.
Our approach to litigation begins with an honest assessment of the merits. Not every dispute should be fought to judgment — where a negotiated resolution serves the client better, we say so early. Where litigation is the right course, we prepare thoroughly and pursue it firmly.
